If you are not completely satisfied with an ALMA purchase for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below.
Please note due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade item.
Within Mexican territory
ALMA will only accept for return goods that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. If you choose to return goods for a refund or an exchange, you may do so within 7 days from when you received your purchase. You must send your communication of return or exchange to email@example.com before the 7 day period has expired.
Outside Mexican territory
Unless otherwise specified, all goods after purchase are non-refundable. We’re currently working on updating our return policies outside Mexican territory.
