ALMA at What Design Can Do Conference

ALMA joins What Design Can Do Mexico City to discuss some of the topics closest to our project and our hearts in this Breakout Session:

GRAB YOUR CRITICAL THINKING HAT AND DEBATE DESIGN, PRODUCTS, BUSINESS, STRATEGIES AND SYSTEMS.

Hosted by Miguel Melgarejo and Joel Escalona featuring Berke Gold of ALMA

In this breakout session different perspectives about how design can impact business, society and the environment will be shared, discussed and applied. Joel Escalona and Miguel Melgarejo will share local insights about how design really works out (or not) through their experience working in Mexico and applying design to generate value.

The breakout session will be also open for a couple of local projects to share how they are using design to generate value and receive feedback from the hosts and the audience. ALMA is one of these projects and we will be presenting our project for duscussion. Through this exercise different perspectives on the real use of impactful design will be shared and discussed.

THIS BREAK OUT SESSION WILL TAKE PLACE ON MAY 8

You can register for all breakout sessions during the event in Frontón México from 08:00 – 09:30, from 11:30 – 12:00 and from 13:30 – 14:00. Please note, spaces for this specific breakout session are limited. If you would like to join, make sure you register on time. First come, first serve.
